At Hematix, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a hassle-free refund policy to ensure your complete peace of mind when shopping with us.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and in original packaging. All tags and labels must be intact.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded: clearance or final sale items, custom or personalized products, items damaged due to misuse or negligence, and products without original packaging or tags.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, contact our support team at supporthematix@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defective product or our error. We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at supporthematix@gmail.com with photos as evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Exceptions

Items purchased during special promotions or sales may have different refund terms. Always review the specific terms of any promotion before purchase. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
